Temizlikdelisi Danışmanlık Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Temizlikdelisi") processes and stores your personal data in order to carry out its activities within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and the relevant legislation. As the data controller, Temizlikdelisi would like to inform you, pursuant to Article 10 of the KVKK, regarding your personal data that will be processed in connection with any and all requests and inquiries made through the mobile phone application "Temizlik Delisi Mobile Application", which is an application bringing together customers requesting cleaning services and service providers offering cleaning services.

The data you share with Temizlikdelisi may be processed, transferred to third parties in Turkey and abroad, stored, used for profiling and classification, in accordance with the purposes of processing and transfer, the method of collection, the legal basis and the collection activity specified in this text, and in connection with our service purposes and legal obligations, in compliance with the KVKK. This Information Notice also aims to inform you about your rights within the scope of the KVKK.

2. Which Personal Data Are Processed by Temizlikdelisi?

As defined in the KVKK (the law on the protection of personal data), personal data means "any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person". Temizlikdelisi may obtain, record, store, retain, classify your personal data or special categories of personal data in whole or in part, and keep them for the period required for the purpose for which they are obtained or for the period stipulated in the relevant provisions of law.

In this respect, regarding the transactions you will carry out through the "Temizlik Delisi" mobile application:

Identity Information

Name, surname, Turkish ID number, date of birth ("Temizlik Delisi" mobile application is not available to individuals under 18 years of age. Age verification is carried out during registration and the accounts of users who are determined to be under 18 years of age are immediately deleted.)

Contact Information

Phone number, e-mail address, address

Location Information

Address of the current location.(The Temizlik Delisi mobile application only obtains instant location data for the purpose of finding nearby customers. Location data are processed only during registration or when the profile is updated. There is no continuous location tracking, background tracking or storage of location history.)

Professional Experience Information

List of references, CV, experience information, number of past services provided, education information, certificates, short biography text relating to professional experience and the service to be provided (customized information added by the user regarding their preferences and areas of expertise).

Cleaner Transaction Information

Information regarding the listings you create (type of service, price, days and time slots you can work, regions where you provide services), Number of past jobs, number of cleaning services previously provided, Date, time, address and service content information relating to reservations made with customers, In-app messaging text content, In-app transaction history (creating listings, updating listings, accepting/rejecting reservations), Your work calendar and availability information (stored in a database set up on our own servers).

Visual/Audio Data

Profile photo, Audio and visual data collected via voice commands or messaging applications.

Transaction Security Data

Device model on which the Temizlik Delisi mobile application is installed, Operating system version, Application version, IP address, Push notification token information, Crash (error/failure) logs, Application usage analytics data, Transaction ID information relating to membership package purchases.

Financial Data

Transaction ID information relating to membership package purchases (Payment is made via Google Play Store or Apple App Store; Temizlikdelisi does not access or store any card details relating to payments.) (Payments to be made by the customer in return for the cleaning service will be carried out between the customer and the cleaner, through such methods as cash or transfer to IBAN, depending on their preference. Temizlikdelisi is not a party to these payments and does not process any card/bank details relating to such payments.)

Cleaner Experience Data

Ratings given to customers, Comments written, Post-service evaluations, Ratings and comments given to the cleaner by customers.

Special Categories of Personal Data

Criminal conviction and security measures data for criminal record (processed only based on explicit consent).

3. What Is the Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data?

The use of our cleaners' personal data is regulated in various laws. Primarily, the principles for the protection of personal data are set out in the KVKK. In addition, the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce also contains provisions regarding the protection of personal data. Under the provisions of the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, criminal sanctions are envisaged in some circumstances for the protection of personal data. Furthermore, the collection and use of data are required for the fulfillment of our obligations arising from the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

4. For Which Purposes and By Which Methods Do We Obtain and Process Your Personal Data?

As Temizlikdelisi, we collect your personal data for the purposes of performing the services we offer via the Temizlik Delisi mobile application, carrying out membership processes, ensuring the safe and rapid matching of customers with the persons providing cleaning services, operating and improving the mobile application, and fulfilling our legal obligations. Your personal data are obtained and processed fully automatically via the mobile application, our website, in-app forms, reservation screens, messaging modules, device permissions (location/notifications), cookies and technical service providers (Firebase, Google Cloud Console, Revenuecat, Onesignal, Google Ads).

A) Provision of the Service and Performance of Membership Procedures (KVKK Art. 5/2(c) – conclusion or performance of a contract)

  • Creating a membership account on the mobile application as a cleaner and managing the account
  • Enabling you to create a profile, post listings, determine your service area, prices and working hours
  • Displaying nearby customers (processing instant location data)
  • Carrying out customer–cleaner matching processes
  • Carrying out reservation creation, update, cancellation and acceptance processes
  • Operating the in-app messaging infrastructure
  • Planning the service on the basis of type of service, address, date and task details
  • Enabling post-service evaluation, rating and reviewing

B) Operation, Security and Performance of the Mobile Application (KVKK Art. 5/2(f) – legitimate interests)

  • Use of infrastructure services that technically enable the operation of the application (Firebase, Google Cloud Console, RevenueCat, OneSignal, Google Ads)
  • Processing of device model, notification token, crash logs and usage analytics data
  • Detection of fake or risky accounts
  • Prevention of fraud attempts
  • Ensuring account security and preventing unauthorized access
  • Increasing application performance, development and user interface improvements

Temizlikdelisi may carry out limited profiling and analysis activities based on service history, evaluations, frequency of use and similar data in order to improve service quality, better understand user preferences and enhance the application experience. Profiling carried out within this scope does not result in an automated decision affecting the legal rights of the data subject and does not produce an outcome that prevents customers from accessing the core services.

C) Fulfillment of Legal Obligations (KVKK Art. 5/2(ç))

  • Providing information to competent authorities and institutions
  • Responding to requests from courts and official authorities
  • Fulfilling retention and audit obligations stipulated in the legislation
  • Fulfilling our security, notification and record-keeping obligations under the KVKK

D) User Experience and Cleaner Satisfaction Processes

  • Post-service evaluation and satisfaction measurement
  • User support and complaint management
  • Analyses aimed at improving service quality

E) Processing Activities Based on Explicit Consent (KVKK Art. 5/1 – where required)

The following data are processed only if you provide explicit consent:

  • Sending commercial messages (campaigns, information, advertisements)
  • Transfer of data to third parties (Firebase, Google Cloud Console, Revenuecat, Onesignal, Google Ads)
  • Criminal record data (information that may constitute special categories of personal data)
  • Processing of profile photos and images shared by the user on a non-mandatory basis
  • Personalized advertising and analytics

Your personal data are obtained automatically through the following methods:

  • Creating a membership account in the Temizlik Delisi mobile application
  • In-app forms and reservation screens
  • Messaging screens
  • Granting instant location permission
  • Granting notification permission
  • Technical data automatically processed from the device
  • Membership package purchase transactions carried out via Google Play Store and Apple App Store
  • All actions performed by the cleaner within the application (rating, commenting, entering task lists, type of service)

5. To Whom Are Your Personal Data Transferred?

Temizlikdelisi uses the following third-party services in order to ensure the technical operation of the mobile application service. These service providers perform limited processing in their capacity as "data processors":

  • Firebase (Google)
  • Google Cloud Console
  • RevenueCat
  • OneSignal
  • Mailersend
  • hosting.com.tr
  • Google Ads

These services process data only in line with technical requirements.

A) Transfer Abroad

Your personal data are not transferred abroad.

B) Domestic Transfers

The following service providers process data in their capacity as "data processors":

  • hosting.com.tr (server hosting service)
  • Mailersend (e-mail sending service)
  • Firebase / Google Cloud Console (application performance, logs, analytics)
  • OneSignal (notification service provider)
  • RevenueCat (membership packages and transaction tracking)
  • Google Ads (depending on permissions relating to advertising and marketing)

Such transfers are carried out in line with the performance of the service and technical requirements.

6. Security, Retention and Destruction of Your Personal Data

Your personal data are retained for the period necessary for the processing purposes set out in this Information Notice and, in any event, for the statutory limitation periods specified in the relevant legislation. Upon expiry of these periods, Temizlikdelisi deletes, destroys or anonymizes your personal data in line with its Personal Data Retention and Destruction Policy. Within the scope of deletion and destruction, your data are removed from backups, logs, caches and third parties. In relation to special categories of personal data, additional technical and administrative measures stipulated under the Law and the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board are taken and access to such data is limited only to personnel who are necessarily involved in the process and within the framework of an authority matrix.

The necessary administrative and technical measures are taken to ensure the security of your data; access to data is restricted only to authorized persons.

7. Your Rights Arising from the Data Protection Legislation

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, by applying to Temizlikdelisi, you have the right to:

  • learn whether your personal data are processed
  • request information if your personal data have been processed
  • learn the purpose of processing of your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose
  • know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred in Turkey or abroad
  • request rectification of personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed and request notification of such rectification to third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred
  • request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist, despite being processed in compliance with the KVKK and other relevant laws, and request notification of such deletion or destruction to third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred
  • object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems
  • request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data

You may submit your relevant requests, in accordance with the Law and the "Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for the Request to the Data Controller", in writing or via the application channels which you may use by means of your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or your e-mail address registered in our system, to the e-mail address iletisim@temizlikdelisi.com or to the address Hacı Bayram Mah. Anafartalar Cad. Gülhane İşhanı Kapı No:62 Daire No:17 Altındağ/ANKARA.

Your requests will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged. Your request may be accepted and processed, or it may be rejected with its justification being explained in writing.

In the event that the application made by following the procedure specified above is rejected, or the response is deemed insufficient, or no response is given within the period, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board ("Board") within thirty days from the date of notification of the response and, in any event, within sixty days from the date of application. However, the right to lodge a complaint may not be exercised without first exhausting the application remedy.

The Board shall, upon complaint or upon becoming aware of an alleged breach, conduct the necessary examination on matters within its remit. Upon complaint, the Board shall consider the request and give a response to the relevant parties. If no response is given within sixty days from the date of complaint, the request shall be deemed rejected. If, as a result of the examination made upon complaint or ex officio, a breach is found to exist, the Board shall decide that the violations of the law detected be remedied by the data controller and notify the relevant parties. This decision shall be fulfilled without delay and within thirty days at the latest from the date of notification. In cases where it is understood that irreparable or impossible damages may occur and that there is a clear breach of the law, the Board may decide to suspend the processing of data or the transfer of data abroad.

8. Amendments to the Information Notice

This Information Notice shall be revised from time to time depending on changes in the legislation or secondary regulations.

Privacy Policy and Information Notice Explicit Consent Form

This Privacy Policy and Information Notice Explicit Consent Form has been drawn up for the purpose of obtaining your explicit consent regarding personal data processing activities that are not mandatory, following the information provided to you as the data subject within the scope of the "Cleaner Information Notice" prepared by Temizlikdelisi Danışmanlık Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Temizlikdelisi") pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

Explicit consent is consent that is related to a specific subject, based on information and given with free will. Failure to provide explicit consent shall not prevent you from receiving the basic services of the Temizlik Delisi mobile application.

The following activities are not mandatory for the performance of the services provided by Temizlikdelisi and may only be carried out with your explicit consent.

EXPLICIT CONSENT DECLARATION

This Privacy Policy and Information Notice Explicit Consent Form has been drawn up, pursuant to Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law"), by Temizlikdelisi Danışmanlık Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Temizlikdelisi") in its capacity as data controller, in order to obtain the consent of cleaners using the Temizlik Delisi mobile application for the processing of their special categories of personal data and other personal data that require explicit consent within the scope of the Law.

Including my special categories of personal data as defined in the Data Protection Law, I hereby declare that I give my explicit consent to the processing of my relevant personal data, to their use and sharing limited to the purpose of processing within the relevant process, and to their storage for the period stipulated in the legislation; that I have been duly informed in this regard; that I have read and understood the Temizlikdelisi Cleaner Information Notice; that all personal data relating to me held by Temizlikdelisi are subject to the regulations stipulated under the Law and the relevant legislation; and that Temizlikdelisi has provided me with full and clear information on my rights under the Law.

In this context, as explained in the content of the "Temizlikdelisi Cleaner Information Notice":

  • I give my explicit consent to the processing of my criminal record information (data relating to criminal convictions and security measures) within the scope of security and suitability assessment, in order to better plan the cleaning service and working conditions
  • to the transfer of my personal data to the service providers used in the mobile application infrastructure
  • to the sending of commercial electronic messages by Temizlikdelisi to me for campaign, promotion, information and advertising purposes
  • to the processing of my profile photo, reference information, certificates and professional information for the purpose of being shown to customers and enabling the establishment of the cleaning service relationship
  • to the carrying out of personalized advertising and analytics activities through Google Ads and similar advertising/analytics services
  • to the sending of commercial messages containing information, announcements, campaigns, promotions and advertisements to me by Temizlikdelisi via SMS and e-mail

I understand that my consent regarding commercial electronic messages may also be managed through the Message Management System ("İYS") pursuant to the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the relevant legislation, and that I may withdraw my approval for commercial messages at any time via İYS or by submitting a request to Temizlikdelisi.

I also accept that my personal data may be transferred in a limited manner, within the framework of technical requirements, for the purposes of providing mobile application services by Temizlikdelisi, ensuring customer–cleaner matching processes, operating reservation and communication infrastructure, ensuring the security, performance and development of the application, and fulfilling obligations stipulated in the legislation.

I acknowledge that I may withdraw this consent at any time and that I can send my withdrawal request to the address iletisim@temizlikdelisi.com.

I also declare that the personal data I have shared with Temizlikdelisi are accurate and up to date, and that I will notify Temizlikdelisi in case of any changes in this information.

Profile Information

User preferences (pet information, allergy status (processed based on explicit consent), customized preferences added by the user).

Visual/Audio Data

Profile photo, Audio and visual data collected via voice commands or messaging applications.

  • request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist, despite being processed in compliance with the KVKK and other relevant laws, and request notification of such deletion or destruction to third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred
  • object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems
  • request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data

You may submit your relevant requests, in accordance with the Law and the "Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for the Request to the Data Controller", in writing or via the application channels which you may use by means of your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or your e-mail address registered in our system, to the e-mail address iletisim@temizlikdelisi.com or to the address Hacı Bayram Mah. Anafartalar Cad. Gülhane İşhanı Kapı No:62 Daire No:17 Altındağ/ANKARA.

Your requests will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged. Your request may be accepted and processed, or it may be rejected with its justification being explained in writing.

In the event that the application made by following the procedure specified above is rejected, or the response is deemed insufficient, or no response is given within the period, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board ("Board") within thirty days from the date of notification of the response and, in any event, within sixty days from the date of application. However, the right to lodge a complaint may not be exercised without first exhausting the application remedy.

The Board shall, upon complaint or upon becoming aware of an alleged breach, conduct the necessary examination on matters within its remit. Upon complaint, the Board shall consider the request and give a response to the relevant parties. If no response is given within sixty days from the date of complaint, the request shall be deemed rejected. If, as a result of the examination made upon complaint or ex officio, a breach is found to exist, the Board shall decide that the violations of the law detected be remedied by the data controller and notify the relevant parties. This decision shall be fulfilled without delay and within thirty days at the latest from the date of notification. In cases where it is understood that irreparable or impossible damages may occur and that there is a clear breach of the law, the Board may decide to suspend the processing of data or the transfer of data abroad.

8. Amendments to the Information Notice

This Information Notice shall be revised from time to time depending on changes in the legislation or secondary regulations.

This Privacy Policy and Information Notice Explicit Consent Form has been drawn up for the purpose of obtaining your explicit consent regarding personal data processing activities that are not mandatory, following the information provided to you as the data subject within the scope of the "Customer Information Notice" prepared by Temizlikdelisi Danışmanlık Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Temizlikdelisi") pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

Explicit consent is consent that is related to a specific subject, based on information and given with free will. Failure to provide explicit consent shall not prevent you from receiving the basic services of the Temizlik Delisi mobile application.

The following activities are not mandatory for the performance of the services provided by Temizlikdelisi and may only be carried out with your explicit consent.

EXPLICIT CONSENT DECLARATION

This Privacy Policy and Information Notice Explicit Consent Form has been drawn up, pursuant to Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law"), by Temizlikdelisi Danışmanlık Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Temizlikdelisi") in its capacity as data controller, in order to obtain the consent of customers using the Temizlik Delisi mobile application for the processing of their special categories of personal data and other personal data that require explicit consent within the scope of the Law.

Including my special categories of personal data as defined in the Data Protection Law, I hereby declare that I give my explicit consent to the processing of my relevant personal data, to their use and sharing limited to the purpose of processing within the relevant process, and to their storage for the period stipulated in the legislation; that I have been duly informed in this regard; that I have read and understood the Temizlikdelisi Customer Information Notice; that all personal data relating to me held by Temizlikdelisi are subject to the regulations stipulated under the Law and the relevant legislation; and that Temizlikdelisi has provided me with full and clear information on my rights under the Law.

In this context, as explained in the content of the "Temizlikdelisi Customer Information Notice":

  • I give my explicit consent to the processing of my allergy information (as it constitutes a special category of personal data) for the purpose of better planning of the cleaning service
  • to the transfer of my personal data to the service providers used in the mobile application infrastructure
  • to the sending of commercial electronic messages by Temizlikdelisi to me for campaign, promotion, information and advertising purposes
  • to the processing of my profile photo or any images I choose to upload to the system
  • to the carrying out of personalized advertising and analytics activities through Google Ads and similar advertising/analytics services
  • to the sending of commercial messages containing information, announcements, campaigns, promotions and advertisements to me by Temizlikdelisi via SMS and e-mail

I understand that my consent regarding commercial electronic messages may also be managed through the Message Management System ("İYS") pursuant to the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the relevant legislation, and that I may withdraw my approval for commercial messages at any time via İYS or by submitting a request to Temizlikdelisi.

I also accept that my personal data may be transferred in a limited manner, within the framework of technical requirements, for the purposes of providing mobile application services by Temizlikdelisi, ensuring customer–cleaner matching processes, operating reservation and communication infrastructure, ensuring the security, performance and development of the application, and fulfilling obligations stipulated in the legislation.

I acknowledge that I may withdraw this consent at any time and that I can send my withdrawal request to the address iletisim@temizlikdelisi.com.

I also declare that the personal data I have shared with Temizlikdelisi are accurate and up to date, and that I will notify Temizlikdelisi in case of any changes in this information.
