CUSTOMER DISCLOSURE TEXT REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Dear Customers;
This disclosure text has been prepared by TEMİZLİKDELİSİ DANIŞMANLIK TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, acting as the data controller, within the framework of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, in order to inform you, our individual customers and/or the authorized representatives and employees of our corporate customers, regarding the purposes, legal grounds, collection methods, to whom they may be transferred, and your rights under the KVKK in relation to the processing of your personal data.

2. For What Purposes Do We Process Your Personal Data?
Your Personal Data listed above is processed for the following purposes:
- To provide our products and services to you,
- To conduct communication activities with you,
- To provide post-sales support services for goods/services,
- To conduct customer relations and satisfaction management processes and activities aimed at customer satisfaction,
- To follow up on your requests and/or complaints,
- To conduct risk management processes,
- To execute contract processes,
- To carry out necessary work by our relevant business units for the realization of commercial activities and to conduct related business processes,
- To plan and implement commercial and/or business strategies, to conduct finance and accounting operations,
- To ensure the security of our company and physical space security and to provide administrative and technical measures related thereto,
- To conduct marketing analysis studies of our products/services,
- To conduct advertising, campaign, and promotional processes related to our products/services,
- To verify your identity information and documents when necessary; to carry out necessary operations to prevent abuse, loss, and fraud,
- To preserve your information that is required to be stored according to relevant legislation; to perform copying and backup operations to prevent information loss; to ensure control of the consistency of your information; to take necessary technical and administrative measures for the security of your information,
- To fulfill our legal obligations required or mandated by legal regulations to regulatory and supervisory institutions, to conduct legal follow-ups and legal processes.
Your data will be obtained, processed, recorded, stored, preserved, and classified for these purposes.
3. To Whom and For What Purposes Do We Transfer Your Personal Data?
Your personal data may be transferred to prosecutors, courts, and relevant public officials upon request and in accordance with legislation in matters related to public security and in potential legal disputes; to authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope of the purposes stated above when necessary; to law firms with which we have agreements for the follow-up of legal processes; to financial advisors for the preparation of our company's financial statements; to banks for the performance of goods/service contracts; to our group companies for the management of our company and confirmation of compliance with group company rules and policies; to cargo companies to send documents and products; to audit firms for the supervision of our business activities; and to companies from which we receive accounting support to conduct accounting operations.
4. What Are the Collection Methods and Legal Grounds for Your Personal Data?
Your personal data specified above will be processed based on the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698: (i) being explicitly provided for in laws, (ii) being necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation, (iii) being necessary for the processing of personal data belonging to the parties of a contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, (iv) being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. (v) Your identity and contact data will be processed based on your explicit consent for the purposes of advertising, campaigns, promotions, and sending commercial electronic messages. (vi) Your visual and audio records will be processed based on your explicit consent for the purpose of conducting advertising and promotional activities and will also be transferred to social media accounts whose servers are located abroad with your explicit consent.
Within the scope of the purposes specified in this Disclosure Text and in accordance with the General Principles listed in Article 4 of the Law below:
- Being in compliance with law and rules of integrity
- Being accurate and up-to-date when necessary
- For specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes
- Being relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purpose for which they are processed
- Being stored for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or necessary for the purpose for which they are processed, your data will be processed, recorded, stored, preserved, classified, and transferred to the places specified above when necessary, by automatic or non-automatic means (by e-mail, on paper, through forms, by phone, etc.), provided that it is part of any data recording system.
5. What Are Your Rights Regarding the Processing of Personal Data and How Can You Access These Rights?
Article 20 of the Constitution establishes that everyone has the right to be informed about personal data concerning themselves. Article 11 of the KVKK lists the rights of the personal data subject within the scope of the law. You can submit your requests regarding your rights under the KVKK to TEMİZLİKDELİSİ DANIŞMANLIK TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ in writing or by using a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the email address previously notified to the data controller by the data subject and registered in the data controller's system, in accordance with Article 5 of the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller.
